How it works

One call. One job, handled from start to finish.

See how OneTaxi takes a booking from the first phone call through dispatch, passenger updates and invoicing — across six steps.

One booking. Six steps.

Your controller takes the call. OneTaxi helps manage everything that follows, from finding the right driver to keeping the records straight.

  1. 01

    Take the booking

Enter the passenger’s number and OneTaxi brings up their saved details, usual addresses and previous journeys. The fare is calculated before you confirm the booking.

  2. 02

    Keep every job in view

Every booking appears in one queue, with its time, fare and status. Late jobs stand out, so your controllers can see what needs attention and what’s coming next.

  3. 03

    Choose the right driver

See available drivers ranked by your dispatch rules, with the reason for each suggestion. Send the job with one tap or choose another driver. OneTaxi records who made the decision.

  4. 04

Give drivers the details they need

Drivers receive the pickup, fare, destination and any relevant notes, along with the reason the job was offered to them. They can accept or reject the offer directly from their phone.

  5. 05

    Keep passengers informed

Send a tracking link so passengers can see their driver’s progress, along with the vehicle details they need to identify their car. Fewer calls to the office asking where the driver is.

  6. 06

    Keep the money straight

Driver earnings appear on their weekly statements, with the figures clearly itemised. For account customers, create invoices using your own numbering and return to previous invoices whenever you need them.

And when the signal goes

Lose the signal, not the record.

If a driver completes a job in a tunnel or another dead spot, OneTaxi keeps supported updates on the phone until a connection is available. When the signal returns, the updates sync with the office in order.

No need to re-enter the same information or rely on someone to remember what happened.
